Introduction
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “T&Cs”) govern the contractual relationship between Sport Access (hereinafter the “Merchant”) and any person making a purchase on the hocquet.shop website (hereinafter the “Website”).

Product photos and visuals are non-contractual.
4. Prices
Prices displayed on the Website are indicated in euros (€) and exclude shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

7. Shipping
Orders are shipped within the timeframes indicated on the Website, subject to product availability.
The Customer must check the condition of the parcel and products upon delivery.

8. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable legislation, Customers have fourteen (14) days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal without providing any reason.

Returned products must be sent back in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging, and with all accessories included.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the Customer.

The Merchant applies the legal warranties provided under applicable French law.
In the event of a defective or non-compliant product, the Customer may contact customer service to request an exchange or refund according to applicable conditions.
