Shipment of your parcel
Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days after payment confirmation. Shipments are handled via Mondial Relay or InPost, with tracking number and delivered without signature.
Shipping costs include preparation, packaging, and transport fees. Preparation costs are fixed, while shipping fees vary depending on the total weight of the order.
We recommend grouping all items into a single order. We are unable to combine separate orders, and shipping fees apply to each order individually.
Special care is taken with packaging to protect your items, especially fragile ones. However, parcels are shipped at the recipient’s risk once handed over to the carrier.
Returns (if applicable)
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. You may return your product in its original packaging after notifying us by email at info@hockey.shop
